Davlo Enterprises operates in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Zambia. School data is encrypted and handled confidentially.

2. Information We Collect from Schools

• School name, type (Primary/Secondary/Combined/ECE), ownership (Government/Grant-Aided/Private/Community)
• Headteacher name, school email, phone, physical address
• Province and district
• Applicant name and contact details
• Requested plan, invoice_serial, quotation_serial, payment status

3. No Corrupt Use of Data

School information shall not be shared, sold, or used for corrupt practices. We only share data with:

• Broadpay Zambia Limited – to process payments
• Legal authorities – if required by Zambian law

4. Data Security & Encryption

All school data is encrypted. Payment card information never touches our servers – processed directly by Broadpay.

5. Digital Signatures on Official Documents

All invoices (invoice_serial) and quotations (quotation_serial) are automated and digitally signed.

6. Data Retention

After account termination, data is retained for 12 months for audit purposes, then anonymized or deleted.
